“The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.”

~ Lao Tzu

Congratulations! We know that taking the first step to seek out counselling can be overwhelming and honestly sometimes scary.  We tell our clients that it's the very first step they take that shows willingness and courage to begin the journey of self growth and better relationships.

With over 50 years of combined clinical counselling experience among our four Associates, we know the value of specialization, leading edge therapeutic techniques and the importance of a good fit when it comes to meeting the unique needs of our clients.

We understand that the best work we do as counsellors involves a collaboration of multiple therapeutic approaches, which can sometimes be a challenge for one therapist to deliver.  As such, our clients are assured that, while their confidentiality is always protected, each of our client’s treatment plans is carefully reviewed in consultation in order to ensure best practice.

Clinical Associates at Creekside Counselling are comprised of the most highly skilled and compassionate counselling professionals who are inspired by research and employ evidence-based treatments in their work with clients. Each Clinical Associate has been carefully selected based on their clinical skill, training and expertise, and compassion as a practitioner.
